What does RACQ Comprehensive Car Insurance for rideshare cover?

Note: RACQ motor products do not provide cover for taxis, tools of trade, stock in trade, or loss of income.

    Choice of repairer and lifetime repair guarantee on work completed by an RACQ Insurance selected repairer

    Hire car for up to 21 days (up to $75 a day) if your vehicle is stolen

    Cover for personal property

    We pay up to $500 for personal property inside your vehicle that is damaged from being involved in an incident.

    Towing and storage costs
    We pay the costs of towing and storage of your vehicle for up to 30 days after an incident or theft (up to $100 a day).

    Theft of vehicle keys
    We pay up to $750 to replace and recode vehicle keys and locks.

    If you sell your vehicle and replace it with a similar vehicle, we automatically cover it for 14 days.
