RACQ has a proud tradition of supporting the community through a range of important sponsorship initiatives in Queensland and our iconic car enthusiast event, MotorFest.Whether it’s in the air through the RACQ Choppers and Rescue Network, at some of Queensland’s largest annual events like the Ekka or providing everyday support in our local communities, RACQ supports Queenslanders.
RACQ Choppers and Rescue Network
For over 25 years, the RACQ Choppers and Rescue Network have supported Queenslanders in need of urgent medical assistance.
Ekka presented by RACQ
The Royal Queensland Show (Ekka) is proudly presented by RACQ at the RNA Showgrounds. The Ekka started in 1876 with 17,000 visitors in attendance and now averages 400,000 visitors, making it Queensland's largest annual and most celebrated event.
RACQ MotorFest
One of Queensland’s largest car enthusiast events, RACQ MotorFest is held each year in Brisbane and is a celebration of all things automotive. With vintage vehicles, futuristic displays and a range of activities for kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at MotorFest.
ARTIE Academy
The ARTIE Academy Driver Licensing Program helps Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Year 10 and 11 learn to drive with confidence.
Grassroots Sponsorship program
Since 2017, we’ve helped over 50 organisations, businesses, clubs, associations and charities across Queensland.
Queensland Theatre
RACQ has supported Queensland Theatre since 2017, providing discounted tickets to members for their first-time theatre experience plus a range of other ticketing benefits.
TAFE Queensland
RACQ is proud to fund a TAFE scholarship program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in North Queensland.
Great Western Road Trip
The Great Western Road Trip is a fundraiser for the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation’s rural health initiatives.

The RACQ Foundation provides grants to help Queenslanders get back on their feet after natural disasters.
Education programs
Last year, we delivered free educational programs around road safety and financial literacy to over 68,000 Queensland primary and secondary school students.^
Mobile Member Centre
Our Mobile Member Centre is an RACQ store on wheels, packed with supplies and ready to hit the road in times of emergency.
