RACQ was formed in 1905 to represent Queensland motorists. Our early members used motoring as a force for good, creating the first road signage, transporting wounded veterans, and helping disadvantaged kids.
That same community spirit still drives us today. We deliver education programs, publish car guides, research and advocate for safer, greener transport, and provide Queenslanders with insurance and roadside assistance when they need it most.
