How to upgrade your RACQ Roadside Assistance

    Compare your options

    You can compare your roadside assistance options online in just a few minutes. Upgrades are prorated, so you’ll only pay for the time left on your current policy.

    Set up your My RACQ account

    Once you know what you want, the easiest way to upgrade your policy is by logging into your My RACQ account and selecting 'Upgrade Roadside Assistance' from the 'Popular Actions' menu on the right-hand side. If you need to register a My RACQ account, just enter your email address and provide a few other details to get started. You can also use My RACQ to get info on your policies and products and to access your member discounts using your unique member barcode.
