The RACQ Graduate Program 2023 intake opens early 2022

The RACQ Graduate Program develops high performers, innovators, and future leaders by supporting the best and brightest graduates with structured learning outcomes throughout the program.

Our two-year development pathway focuses on a project-based ecosystem with real, tangible outcomes monitored to ensure every graduate reaches their full potential.

Graduates will also take on a secondment-style role within their department and perform day-to-day activities to support their business area.

Graduates can also participate in RACQ’s many community support programs, including RACQ Foundation trips.

Whilst applications for our graduate program are currently closed, there may be other RACQ employment opportunities of interest to you.
