Standard 24-hour roadside attendance up to 50km from any RACQ contractor’s premises (with excess distance attendance options) -

| Assistance for oversized vehicles
An oversized vehicle is any vehicle that exceeds one of the following: length 5.5m, width 2.3m, height 2.0m and/or GVM equal to over 6 tonnes.

*The standard callout fee applies to oversized nominated vehicles. Service limitations include:
- Jump starts provided will be up to 24-volt boost only.
- Batteries can’t be fitted or serviced in oversized vehicles where there is limited battery access or substantial panel removal is required.
- Lockout assistance will be provided subject to availability and RACQ discretion. Specialist locksmith services, parts, and excess costs can be charged back to your account.
- Wheel changing assistance can be limited and may incur an extra fee that will be charged back to your account. The vehicle’s wheel nut spanner and jack (heavy duty if required) must be provided.
- If a larger tow truck is required, the excess cost may be charged back to your account.
- Service for any vehicle is at the discretion of the RACQ consultant or the attending RACQ representative and may not be available interstate.

^The 20% RACQ member discount for windscreen replacements only applies where the replacement windscreen is an aftermarket front windscreen.
