Polka dots may have received a bit of a reputation for being homey, but if the recent runways are any indication, spots are back in a major way. Take, for example, Gucci’s Resort 2017 collection, which featured sweeping floor-length polka dot dresses, pussy bow blouses and (surprisingly modern and anything but matronly) midi dresses.
I found my personal favorite polka dot skirt at a Comme des Garcons sale. Shop some similar styles above–they pair well with almost everything during breezy summer weather and almost beg to be taken to the boardwalk.
