Everything we do aims to benefit our members and their communities. It is our world. We advocate for our member’s rights, offer discounts, products and services that are focused on benefit over profit.
We also support the wider community through activities such as the RACQ Foundation, RACQ Choppers and Rescue Network, and our various school education programs.
We have served Queenslanders for more than 100 years. We are proud to be a mutual. We are Queenslanders helping Queensland.
It is our vision that by 2030, we will have a valued relationship with all Queenslanders. We want to have a meaningful relationship with our members, not just a transactional one.
We have three core pillars of service – Roadside Assistance, Banking and Insurance. We will be with you every step of the way from learning to drive, buying your car, buying your first home and those moments in between when you need help to recover from life’s unexpected events.

Where we are today
We currently offer a range of products and services to our 1.8M member base in areas including roadside and home assistance, insurance, finance, travel, and more.
We believe it’s important to have people on the ground, that’s why we have patrols on the Queensland roads, and consultants in our stores and call centres across the state to help you when you need it.
Since 1971, our Insurance business has been helping Queenslanders protect the things that mean the most including their homes and motor vehicles and also help to protect the health and wellness of themselves, their families, and pets.
Launched in 2017, RACQ Bank helps members do more with their money from everyday banking options, loans for that new car, home or something special while helping Queenslanders improve their financial wellness.
