At the AGM in 2021, members approved amendments to RACQ's constitution that, among other things, changed how Elected Directors are elected, their tenure, and the geographic regions they represent.

The 2022 AGM included elections for a South East Queensland Director and a Regional Queensland Director.

In addition, the Board proposed further amendments to finalise the continuous process of governance modernisation at RACQ. The proposed amendments to RACQ’s constitution are primarily to keep its corporate governance and internal management up to date with recent changes to the law and shifts in market practice. This includes amendments to reflect recent changes in the law enabling the use of technology in relation to holding general meetings and to facilitate electronic delivery of documents to members. Many of the amendments are administrative or relatively minor in nature.

All resolutions passed at the 2022 AGM.
